Now is the time to bring more kind awareness to the present moment to support emotional balance, foster purpose-driven actions, and reduce stress. Mindfulness is an accessible tool to help you live more intentionally to create the results you want and increase joy.
paying attention on purpose to whatever is happening, without judging it or immediately needing to change anything. With kindness and curiosity, we pause and make choices so we can purposefully act instead of react.
Mindfulness sounds simple, but like anything else, it takes practice and cultivation. The best way to get started or continue on your path of more intentional living, is taking a class to better understand the nuances and methods.

Mindfulness and meditation created ease and changed my life view, by opening my heart. My reaction to stress and negatives in our environment started to dominate and cloud my days. Relief came through practicing and learning meditation and yoga for the last 20 years. My passion and practice grew, leading me to teach. I have a two-year Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certificate through Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield intensive program. Several other courses have had a strong influence on my life including learning Vipassana meditation (means to see things the way they really are) with S.N. Goenka, a ten-day commitment of continual silence and practice; Pema Chodron’s the Way of the Boddhisatva; and UMASS’s Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction’s seven day intensive. I’m passionate about sharing my journey and the many tools to help alleviate the many stresses we face.
If you need to relax, enjoy this guided meditation on breath.
